With the direction of building “3 pillars, 1 ASHICO”, on 20 May 2020 all ASHICO managers from North to South attended the conference in Da Lat City under the theme “Business goals and solutions for 2020–2025”.
The conference was attended by the Board of Directors, Directors/Deputy Directors of the company’s Departments/Branches, and the Boards of member companies. It was an opportunity for ASHICO managers to review achievements, identify opportunities and challenges, and align on goals and development plans for the upcoming period.
After the opening remarks framing the issues by the General Director, representatives of Departments/Branches and member companies presented papers on their respective themes. The conference was lively with many contributions and exchanges. The issues raised and solutions proposed will certainly help units gain more multi-dimensional, detailed perspectives and take more precise, effective action contributing to the system’s common goals.
Beyond the conference itself, ASHICO managers also had the chance to recharge by touring the “city of thousand flowers” and attending the gala dinner “ASHICO — Love and Connection”.
The programme ended well — a sign that although many challenges lie ahead, with the determination and unity of the company’s members, the ASHICO ship will always sail strongly forward.
