This is one of the company’s key upcoming projects. It includes: the North Central Logistics Centre; infrastructure for Industrial Zone No. 6 — Nghi Son Economic Zone; and an international deep-water port accommodating vessels of 50,000 DWT. Once in operation, the North Central Logistics Centre will provide a full range of logistics services for Nghi Son Economic Zone, Thanh Hoa Province, and neighbouring areas.

Once the project enters stable operation, it is expected to create about 20,000 jobs, drive growth in logistics-related sectors, and meet the infrastructure needs of investors at Nghi Son Economic Zone.

The Thanh Hoa provincial leadership endorsed the investment proposal of ASHICO and its partners. The province committed to accompany and maximally support the investors in implementing the project. In addition to the Government’s investment incentives, Thanh Hoa will consult with relevant departments and units to propose the most suitable incentive mechanisms and support levels.
