ASHICO 2022 Year-End Review Conference & “Spring” Year End Party

On 22 December 2022, Asia Asset Investment and Management Joint Stock Company (ASHICO) successfully held its 2022 business review conference and Year End Party under the theme “Spring” at Mường Thanh Hotel, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

The conference was attended by members of the Board of Directors, the leadership of the parent company and member companies, together with staff representatives across the ASHICO system. The ceremony took place in a formal yet warm atmosphere.

The conference opened with the 2022 business performance report and 2023 plan presented by General Director Nguyễn Sơn. His shared directions for the upcoming year reinforced the staff’s confidence in ASHICO’s next steps.

Next, the company leadership presented certificates of merit and rewards to outstanding teams and individuals, in recognition of the efforts and dedication of the staff over the past year.

Mr Lê Minh Hồng — Member of the Board of Directors — also attended the conference. In his speech, Mr Lê Minh Hồng expressed his recognition of the business results achieved by the leadership and the entire staff across the system in 2022; congratulated teams and individuals who had completed their tasks well; and set out the direction and tasks for ASHICO in 2023 and beyond.

At the close of the conference, on behalf of the company leadership, General Director Nguyễn Sơn thanked the Board of Directors for their guidance and expressed his determination to strive even harder with the ASHICO staff in the coming year to build a stronger and more sustainable ASHICO.

The conference was followed by the Year End Party under the theme of “Spring” — a message to all members across the system that every member of the ASHICO family, regardless of age or circumstance, should always keep a “youthful” heart, full of enthusiasm. Only then can we turn the impossible into the possible, turn dreams into reality — and hand in hand, create extraordinary things together.

As the last days of the old year drew to a close, the year-end party — with performances by staff and exciting Lucky Draw games filled with attractive prizes — became a final meaningful moment in 2022 for the ASHICO family to enjoy together.
