Position: CUSTOMS DECLARATION & CONSULTING SPECIALIST

I/ Requirements

- Good appearance.

- University or college graduate in economics, trade, foreign trade, maritime…

- Minimum 02 years of experience.
- Able to declare multiple types of goods. Hardworking and responsible.

- Accurate data entry, independent problem solving, planned task execution, proficient with office IT.

- Flexible and gentle in customer negotiations.

II/ Job description

- Declare and advise on all procedures related to customs, specialised inspections, import-export, and taxes.
- Handle documentation tasks for customs declarations.
- Guide customers and work directly with them on customs-related matters.

- Responsible for communication between customers, carriers, field staff, and related parties for on-time delivery. Escalate issues in a timely manner.

- Other tasks within the office function as assigned by the department head.
