From 7 to 9 April 2023, in the coastal city of Phan Thiết, the programme marking the 15th anniversary of Asia Asset Investment and Management Joint Stock Company (ASHICO) — under the theme “STRONGER TOGETHER” — took place successfully with many meaningful activities that left deep impressions on every participant.
ASHICO’s 15-YEAR JOURNEY — “STRONGER TOGETHER”
From 7 to 9 April 2023, in the coastal city of Phan Thiết, the programme marking the 15th anniversary of Asia Asset Investment and Management Joint Stock Company (ASHICO) — under the theme “STRONGER TOGETHER” — took place successfully with many meaningful activities that left deep impressions on every participant.
On 11 April 2008, the ASHICO ship officially left port, carrying great dreams and ambitions. The first tentative steps brought challenges, hardships, joys, and pride. After 15 years, with determination and a great love for the sea, our ship has sailed firmly into the ocean, stronger and more resilient. Phan Thiết, the coastal city, was chosen as the place where all Ashico members gathered to recall the memories of those proud 15 years.
The programme was attended by the leadership and all staff across the ASHICO system. The joy and the connection among members contributed to a successful and deeply meaningful event.
Campfire programme — one of the activities that helped Ashico family members bond more closely.
The team-building journey opened with a campfire programme. Members connected with one another, broke down barriers, shyness, and unfamiliarity to share, connect, love, and understand — so that each member could work harder, stronger, and more resiliently to pursue and live with their passions at the Ashico home.
Team-building games — rewarding and meaningful.
The team-building with many group games once again underscored the power of unity and solidarity. The soulful gala dinner felt like a farewell to the proud journey behind us, opening a new future with bigger plans and dreams ahead.
The leadership lights the 15th birthday candles of ASHICO.
Especially on this occasion, the traditional song “Hello Ashico” was re-arranged in a fresh, youthful melody — a special gift for Ashico at this age. The song was performed by members of the ASHICO family themselves.
The 15th anniversary programme over 3 days and 2 nights at Mũi Né, Phan Thiết, brought unforgettable memories to all participants. We believe that with youth, passion, unity, and the courage to think and do, Ashico will advance even further.
