The Journey of Peace — Ashico Employees Join the “Giving Is Eternal” Meditation Retreat
Continuing the journey of building a happy corporate culture under the theme “Understanding and Love” at Ashico, from 13–15 March 2025, the leadership team together with several staff members took part in the 7th “Breathe and Smile” entrepreneur meditation retreat in Cam Ranh with the theme “Giving Is Eternal”.
This was not only a meaningful trip, but also an opportunity for every member to find inner peace, nurture mindfulness, and discover the value of sharing — both at work and in life.
Practising Mindfulness — Listening and Understanding
Throughout the retreat, participants had the chance to practise mindfulness, cultivate deep listening, and gain a better understanding of themselves. The teachings and dharma talks on the “Five Practices for a Happy Life” helped each person recognise how to nourish positive energy, let go of pressure, and find joy in every present moment.
Walking meditation along the shore, conscious breathing practice, and heartfelt conversations helped every member feel the value of peace, connection, and collective spirit more deeply.
The Spirit of “Giving” — The Core of Happiness
The retreat emphasised the spirit of “Giving” — not only in material things, but also in care, understanding, and love for those around us. These are the very core values of building a happy corporate culture at Ashico.
Through real-life experiences, our staff learned to live with awareness, to listen without judging, to cherish every relationship, and to plant seeds of happiness in daily life.
Connecting through Meaningful Moments
The atmosphere of the spring fair and the evening of poetry and music helped build connections and made every member treasure these simple yet deeply meaningful moments.
The retreat has come to an end, but the values received will continue to spread in every step of each Ashico member. The lessons on mindfulness, sharing, and love will serve as a compass helping everyone live more happily, work more effectively, and contribute to building a positive and humane working environment — where “Understanding and Love” is nurtured every single day.
