The programme marking the 16th anniversary of ASHICO (11/4/2008 – 11/4/2024) came to a close with countless meaningful moments during the “Green Footsteps” trekking trip to B’Lá Commune, Bảo Lâm District, Lâm Đồng Province, from 19 to 21 April.
“Green Footsteps” Trekking Journey for ASHICO’s 16th Anniversary
The programme marking the 16th anniversary of ASHICO (11/4/2008 – 11/4/2024) came to a close with countless meaningful moments during the “Green Footsteps” trekking trip to B’Lá Commune, Bảo Lâm District, Lâm Đồng Province, from 19 to 21 April.
ASHICO chose a secluded campsite with fresh air nestled among pine forests so that employees could immerse themselves in nature at B’Lá, a commune in Lâm Đồng about 200 km from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City. At an altitude of around 1,000 m, the climate there is cool, with temperatures ranging from 18–25°C.
The first day of the itinerary was a forest trekking activity. Employees walked and chatted together, pitched tents, and enjoyed lunch right beside a stream. The special point: for every kilometre trekked, each member earned VND 50,000 for the ASHICO charity fund. Together with other sources, the company will organise an upcoming charity programme for disadvantaged children.
The first day ended with a campfire programme and a BBQ. Members gathered around the fire, singing songs and playing team games to deepen the spirit of connection and love.
The second day began with a “Good Morning” meditation session guided by the company’s General Director himself.
The activities concluded with a Coffee Talk themed “Circle of Love — Understanding and Love”, held on the pine hill. This was perhaps the most emotional activity of the trip. Members sat down together to share life and work stories and sing meditation songs, so that everyone could better understand and love one another.
Three days and two nights of camping together, facing challenges, sharing joy and sorrow among the pine-clad hills of B’Lá have undoubtedly left countless emotions and memorable memories for every member of the ASHICO family.
