On 19 January 2024, Asia Asset Investment and Management Joint Stock Company (ASHICO) successfully held the 2023 business review conference and 2024 plan, an important occasion for the leadership to look back on the past year’s journey, achievements, and outstanding issues, and to set the most suitable direction for the year ahead.
2023 Business Review & 2024 Plan Conference - YEAR END PARTY 2023 “TOGETHER, WE ARE ONE”
On 19 January 2024, Asia Asset Investment and Management Joint Stock Company (ASHICO) successfully held the 2023 business review conference and 2024 plan. This was an important occasion for the leadership to look back on the past year’s journey, recognise achievements, acknowledge outstanding issues, and set the most suitable direction for the coming year.
2023 has closed — a year of many changes in both domestic and international markets. Impacts from the global economy and politics affected the country and businesses significantly, and Ashico was no exception. On this 2023 journey, our Ashico went through many challenges and had to make tremendous efforts to face the big waves.
Attending the conference were Mr Lê Đình Hoàn — Chairman of the Board; members of the Board of Directors; the leadership of ASHICO and its member companies (Ashico Manpower, Ashico Logistics, Ashico Shipping); and all employees across the ASHICO system.
At the conference, the 2023 business review and 2024 plan report delivered by General Director Nguyễn Sơn gave all staff a clearer view of ASHICO’s changes in 2023 and development directions for 2024 — motivating employees to give even more.
As usual, each year the leadership recognises teams and individuals with outstanding performance, to encourage and acknowledge the labour of employees. Congratulations to all teams and individuals honoured at the conference.
With the 2024 theme “TOGETHER WE ARE ONE!”: every ASHICO member is a unique individual, but thanks to fate (Duyên) we have the fortune to meet, to journey together at work, and to share memories. “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together” — every member is an important part of the ASHICO system. Let us cherish that and work hard together for the collective, the shared ideals, and the common goals for the coming year.
As the last days of the old year gradually passed, today’s year-end party became a final meaningful moment in the Year of the Cat 2023 for the Ashico family to enjoy together. Wishing everyone good health, and wishing ASHICO continued progress and growth.
