Requirements: University degree (Economics, Business Administration, Law…); 3+ years experience as executive assistant or in related roles; fluent English (written and spoken); strong organisation, analytical, and communication skills; high confidentiality.

Responsibilities: Support the General Director with scheduling, correspondence, meeting preparation, and travel; track project progress and report to the GD; research, draft reports, and coordinate across departments.
