Requirements: Law degree; 5+ years experience in corporate/commercial/maritime law; strong knowledge of Vietnamese enterprise law, contracts, labour, and shipping regulations; fluent English; sharp analytical and drafting skills.

Responsibilities: Advise on corporate matters, contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance; draft and review contracts (domestic and international); represent the company in legal proceedings; partner with external counsel.
