HR DIRECTOR RECRUITMENT

ASHICO is recruiting for the HR Director position.

Requirements: University/Master's degree in HR, Law, or Business Administration; 8+ years HR experience including 3+ years as HR manager/director; strong knowledge of Vietnam Labour Law; leadership, strategy, and communication skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities: Lead HR strategy across the ASHICO system; develop policies on recruitment, training, compensation, and employee engagement; advise the Board on organisational design and culture.
