TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR RECRUITMENT

I. Requirements

- Good appearance. 2+ years experience.

- College or above in Economics, Transportation, Warehousing, etc. — well-versed in transport.
- Experience in multimodal transportation.

- Knowledge of vehicles and ability to supervise maintenance.

- Good organisational and management skills, grasp of driver psychology; able to dispatch, assign, and monitor driver routes optimally.

- Good time/task management and problem solving. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Good communication skills.

II. Job description

- Manage drivers and vehicles (quantity and quality).

- Receive orders and handle daily transport and delivery issues. Plan vehicle assignment per customer order.

- Assign work and design optimal routes for drivers; give specific tasks to each driver.

- Arrange deliveries efficiently, scientifically, cost-effectively, on time. Control fuel and road expenses.

- Monitor and control the delivery process; manage and guide drivers to handle incidents.

- Check ops advance/reconciliation.

- Control invoices and documents related to expenses and prepare monthly payment requests for carriers.

- Coordinate with carriers and warehouses on arising issues.

- Source new quality, competitive suppliers. Follow up and request contracts with carriers upon engagement.

- Other tasks as assigned by management.
