ASHICO’s 5th Family Day (11/4/2008 — 11/4/2013)

Five years is not a long time in a person’s life, but for Asia Asset Investment and Management Joint Stock Company (Ashico) and its staff, 5 years has brought tremendous value.

For Ashico, these 5 years have been the journey of a ship always striving to reach the open sea. Through calm seas and stormy waters, the Ashico ship has kept a steady course — overcoming difficulties to reach wider horizons of new opportunities and new successes. Along its 5-year journey, Ashico achieved memorable successes — growing revenue and profit year by year, staff benefits, and meaningful social contributions.

For Ashico staff, these 5 years have witnessed the growth of young, dynamic, enthusiastic people. As Quynh Anh — Head of the Hanoi Representative Office shared: “That growth may come from lessons in knowledge and valuable experiences I learned from the leadership and colleagues. Lessons in far-sighted vision from the leadership, dedication and responsibility from heads of departments, and the silent yet diligent contributions of colleagues — thanks to which, today I not only know how to work, but also how to live properly”.

The 2013 Family Day party took place on 11/4/2013, the day Ashico turned 5 — the day the 5-year journey closed and a new one opened. All current staff and representatives of those who have worked at Ashico over the past 5 years joined the Family Day programme with their families in a warm, loving atmosphere. Participants shared emotions through the opening speech of Chairman Nguyễn Đình Hoàn; witnessed the candle-lighting, toast, and birthday singing; looked back on the 5-year journey; saw staff talent through self-directed performances full of warm affection; and rejoiced as General Director Nguyễn Sơn announced gifts for staff with 3+ years of service.
