2020 YEAR-END PROGRAMME (11–13/12/2020)
As tradition, in the last days of the year, members of the ASHICO family from across the country gather to review the past year and look ahead to a new year with new plans and ambitions.
The 2020 year-end programme, marking a year full of difficulties and volatility, was held in Hanoi — where the labour dispatch operations are based.

Opening the programme, all ASHICO staff joined the training session “Life Management” led by instructor Trần Bằng Việt.
The training introduced the “life management” and “life strategy” models, helping participants lead themselves and master their lives — to become the person they want to be and live the life they dream of — contributing to building the “management model of the future” and “management through culture” within the enterprise.

Sports and team-building activities followed, connecting staff across the ASHICO system from North to South, overcoming challenges together, pushing beyond their personal limits to reach victory.

Unity and mutual trust to become one team.

With the wholehearted effort of every individual

We earned our victory.
Under the theme “Synergize — Creating New Ways Together”, the Year End Party was emotional and memorable for all participants.
It opened with the General Director’s speech reviewing 2020 and outlining the 2021 plan — a speech without a podium or prepared script — summarising all ASHICO system achievements in 2020, the challenges faced, and the solutions that delivered results.

At the ceremony, outstanding units and individuals were honoured.

The Board of Directors, Functional Departments, Branches, Representative Offices, Member Companies, Party Cell, and Trade Union signed a joint commitment, showing determination and unity to bring new achievements in 2021.

The programme was further energised by performances from staff across the system, reflecting creativity and the enjoyment of life alongside dedication to work and career growth.

Performances and lucky draw.

To close the programme, everyone joined on stage to sing “Hello ASHICO” together, showing the spirit of unity and the creation of new ways toward success in the new phase.
