Ashico Successfully Holds the 2015 Business Review & 2016 Plan Conference
The conference was attended by the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Board of Management, and all staff from Hai Phong headquarters, Vung Tau Branch, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City Representative Offices, member company Ashico Logistics, and outstanding seafarers and field staff. In the warm atmosphere of early spring, Ashico members looked back on the challenges of 2015 and ahead to new victories in the new year.
At the conference, the Board of Management and department/branch representatives presented reports and papers on 2015 achievements, along with 2016 business goals and specific action plans. In their remarks, Chairman Nguyễn Đình Hoàn and General Director Nguyễn Sơn expressed their belief that the 2015 achievements and staff efforts would motivate continued growth toward the 2016 targets.
To recognise team and individual efforts, the leadership presented certificates and rewards to 3 outstanding teams and 8 outstanding individuals for 2015.

Following the conference, that evening a gala dinner under the theme “Thank You” was held in a warm and meaningful atmosphere. Cards expressing love, respect, and gratitude were exchanged — strengthening connection among Ashico family members.
The gala dinner featured outstanding performances by young staff — imbued with Ashico’s spirit: passionate, youthful, and creative.
