Holiday travel is an annual activity of ASHICO, aimed at fostering unity and connection among departments and motivating long-term engagement with the company. In early November (4–8/11), to thank staff who have been with ASHICO for many years, the company organised a discovery trip to Korea for staff and their families. The trip left beautiful memories for the delegation.
Setting foot in the “Land of Kimchi” at the most beautiful time of the year, the delegation visited many famous sights and discovered the local culture. Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Samcheongdong — one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Seoul — Namsan Tower (Seoul’s symbol), and the romantic Nami Island were all deeply impressive. Beyond Korean culture, the staff also relaxed with fun adventure rides at Everland, and enjoyed distinctive Korean cuisine.
After the trip, the delegation returned with many unforgettable memories. The staff thanked the company leadership for caring about their spiritual well-being. They returned more motivated, raising performance to build an even stronger ASHICO family.
